Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mack and Me pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at hello@mackandmeco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange for a different size. Please reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.

Final Sale Items Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
